"We were on the 2nd floor on 8th Ave and did not hear noise from the street (outside of our room was some sort of machinery- slight white noise which we all found soothing. One of our party forgot some toiletries and the hotel had a list of available items (very appreciate!) They also had complementary coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We did not use the restaurant or bar, we were there to see Broadway shows. Great location! Parking garage beside the hotel with 24 hour availability....

"Fabulous hotel. Located right in the heart of Times Square, the hotel has everything you need, but if they don’t, you can find it near by. The staff is impeccable, and security is everywhere. The restaurant (breakfast) is very good. The dinner menu is eclectic and very tasty. The bar staff is friendly and entertaining and we had a lot of fun sitting at the bar meeting new friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable and maintained every day. We had a room on the 21st floor and water...

"Perfect for a family trip to NYC. Fold out sofa is key when traveling with children which is hard to find in NY hotels. "

"Courtesy of the staff throughout the property, convenience of the location and very quiet property. The kitchenette -a nice touch with a mini dishwasher and small refrigerator. Bathroom had nice accoutrements, plenty of towels and we had a handicap unit. I would choose the Manhattan Club again for all of the above and their delightful dining and cocktail hour on the upper floor. "
