"Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel. A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer. "I highly recommend the AC Marriott Downtown Dallas for anyone visiting the area. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. "This is our favorite place to stay. Consistently GREAT! However this time we had an uncomfortable mattress. Very clean. I wish they had a restaurant though- the coffee shop next week is not enough"

"I keep a list of hotels in cities I am likely to return to. This stylish, inventive little property will absolutely be my top pick for future trips to Dallas. I assume all of the rooms are basically like mine, one space with a divider between the bathroom and sleeping area. There was no wasted space and every inch seemed carefully designed. The room was modern, spotless, the bed was super comfortable though a little creaky, which sadly did not cause me any inconvenience as a solo traveler....

"We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient."

"Great location, very spacious and bright. Very comfortable bed. Great stay for a number of people and great value. Furniture could have been a bit more comfortable/outfitted but other than that, great stay and highly recommend it."

"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
