"Our room was on the 1st floor, with a windows to the inside of the hotel, so not a great location. No window to the outside. You can hear dining room noises from our bedroom. No tea offered in bedroom, only coffee. Lighting was aggressive in the bedroom. Lovely stay otherwise."

"The hotel is perfect for budget travelers. It's a 5-minute walk to the central train station and within walking distance of the castle and the Central Square, all in the same direction. You can get good Polish food in and around the area, and the nearby Mall has plenty of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. There is a Cafeteria at the hotel which serves breakfast only. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly to us. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located only a few minutes' walk from the main square, which is ideal, but Kraków is such a walkable city that Kazimierz and Oskar Schindler's Factory are also easily reachable on foot if you want to get your steps in. The reception team are super friendly and helpful, and I would also recommend using the hotel's airport transfer service. It makes getting to and from the hotel incredibly easy, particularly if you are lucky enough to have Filip as your driver. He is friendly,...

"The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, adjacent to all main attractions. My room was great, a recent remodel, logical and practical layout, one exposed brick and stone wall and a log ceiling. The back of the hotel is organized around a courtyard, the courtyard is nice, but it is the only view you get there. All in all, I loved it and I would love to stay longer if my schedule permitted."
