"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."

"OTTIMO HOTEL!!
5 giorni 2 persone.

"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable...

"Super nice staff, accommodated an early check-in, and were very helpful with the gym. The mattress was probably one of the best i have ever slept on. Nice, quiet location right next to the tram and under 15 minutes from the old town."

"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by.
The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost.
The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up.

"The room look beautiful on arrival, the bed was very comfortable however the pillows and seating was very tired and saggy. This was such a shame as everything else was very elegant and refined.
The staff throughout the staff were respectful and polite. This was very much appreciated.
