"Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!"

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

Maybe #1 A free hotel van shuttle runs 9am-1pm & 4pm-8pm and it will drop you off at your choice of 2 locations; Piazzale Michelangelo or near Palazzo Vecchia. "I was disappointed in this hotel and I’m confused about the high ratings. It’s certainly not 4 stars. The photos are misleading. There were no lamps in the room. No individual toiletries as indicated in the photos. Unstocked bar fridge. Dirty shag rug. Uncomfortable bed. Dated TV with no instructions for use (it’s possible to remove the dubbed audio from some channels but it’s difficult to figure out how to do this). The smoke detector or other device on the ceiling flashed bright red all night....

"Centrally located hotel - everything is within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are clean and modern, but what sets this place apart is the staff. The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed - and they make excellent cappuccino. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and will return here."

"Great rooftop gym with views of the skyline! Wish the site mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance (which was the main reason I booked the property) but I still got to enjoy laying in the sun on the rooftop. The courtyard was open and comfortable with nice seating, great spot to have an espresso. Staff was lovely and helpful"
