"Beautiful room with beautiful views of ocean and Los Gigantes cliffs. Beautiful pool with poolside bar. Smaller and more personal than a huge resort hotel. Best of all, the staff were really lovely."
"Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...
"Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel.
*De kamers geven wij een 9 deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over zee.
*bediening een 9, zeer vriendelijk en spraken verstaanbaar Engels.
*het zwembad geven wij een 7 deze was ok maar hier hebben wij maar 1 of 2 x gebruik van gemaakt.
*de spa zag er mooi uit,hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus geen cijfer van ons uit.
*het eten is goed, gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils deze geven wij een 7,5

"Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep "

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "Transporte muy limitado para hacer actividades complementarias incluso para mayores alrededor del hotel. Bien si te gusta el golf y el mar, pero si quieres hacer más cosas no hay mucha oferta de transporte"
"What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. "
