"I have stayed here multiple times. We like to stay here when we attend concerts at The Shoreline. The gentleman at the front desk is always so kind and hospitable. I have not experienced the same on the phone with a particular female employee. She acted very bothered with my questions and even "accidently" hung up on me. The restaurant is amazing, and the Spa is beautiful. Highly recommend even for just a relaxing staycation."

"Lovely front desk staff. I was given a wonderful room with a great location. My appointment on the day of check-out was delayed making it difficult to leave on time. I called the desk & they accommodated my late departure which made an incredible difference in my morning activities. Thank you again for your kindness !"

"Highly recommend. Rooms were very nice, large and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helped in any way they can. Best part of it was that since we have stayed here a few times while in town they surprised us and upgraded us to the VIP room at no charge. Staying here next time in town for sure. "

"The hotel is lovely. It’s quiet and has a great gym. Only a few picky things- hotter water in the shower and they should have water in the gym. Beds are comfy And the hotel is close to good restaurants and wineries. "

"This was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest and convenient hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Great breakfast and friendly helpful staff especially the valet guys. Will definitely stay again!"

"Great hotel, excellent staff, except food prep staff who continue to be late with bringing out the breakfast stuff and when it comes out it’s cold . They need some supervision! Are this fix the place would be 5 star"
