My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poorly trained staff and confusing processes.
At check-in, the front desk collected my card for the security deposit and gave me a parking pass to place on my dashboard. Since nothing was explained, I reasonably assumed parking was charged at that time. The room assigned to me was at the far end of the property, which already felt inattentive.
During my stay, I was hauling large bags using the hotel trolley, clearly visible to the front desk staff, yet no one offered assistance or even acknowledged it, which is basic hospitality.
Later that night (after 10 pm), I went downstairs to get water and was told by a rude receptionist that there was no water cooler available and that the only one was in the gym, which she said was closed. Her only suggestion was to sell a tiny bottle of water for $3, which is unreasonable. Thankfully, my key card still worked and I was able to access the gym myself to refill my bottle.
Checkout was even worse. The same receptionist asked if I had a car and requested my card again for parking. When I explained that my card had already been taken at check-in, she insisted no payment had been made and dismissed concerns about double charging without clearly checking or explaining their system.
Overall, this stay showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and minimal guest care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic courtesy and competence.
