"Such a lovely place to stay, very modern and chilled. Rooms are lovely although we had a problem with the air conditioning not working in our room and it was such a hot weekend. Contacted reception the following morning and they couldn’t do enough to help. They upgraded us free of charge to another room, extended our check out and had a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Overall very impressed and would go back. Thank you "

"Eigentlich alles super, allerdings extrem hellhörig. Noch nie in einem Hotel so schlimm erlebt. Wenn im Nachbarzimmer die Tür geschlossen oder geöffnet wurde, bin ich fast aus dem Bett gefallen. Auch wenn jemand den Flur langlief."

"The Hotel was perhaps a little tired but this was more than compensated by the quiet area, a comfortable room (fridge a bonus), good shower, excellent breakfast and delightful staff from reception to the restaurant and those who cared for our room. Thank you"

"Right across the street from the train station, making the city easy to access. Clean lobby, quiet halls, tasty coffee. Easy check in process and not too far from Big Ben. Coming from America, communication was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! "

"Very convenient and safe area. The only downside was the toilet flush. It’s very hard and you need to keep pushing. Breakfast is great..they change the breakfast selections and always have hot food. Staff are very nice and respectful. The property just need a little upgrade."
