"I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was...

"The real adress of the property should be given when the reservation is done. I was informed 2 days before my arrival. That affected me because my family booked hotels near the first adress it was given to me. That the only thing I would change"

"Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."
