"Second time at this lovely hotel and will be our home from home for future stays in London. Staff are super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food and drinks are great - the residence is a fantastic perk for paying hotel guests. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the spa/ pool is a great spot to unwind and recharge the batteries.
