STAY AWAY !! DISHONEST AND MISREPRESENTS PROPERTY
Do not waste your time or money on this property! The hosts are dishonest and misrepresent their property.Arrangements were made in advance to get into property 2 hours early. We were told it would be ready and cleaned for our early arrival. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box. Hosts told us the cleaners had mistakenly taken it, and we had to wait outside over 2 hours! Finally, we were told that the cleaners were back with the key, but it was hosts parents who let us in, there was never a cleaner who had taken the key!! The property had not been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom counters covered with grim, toothpaste, soap, tables smeared and unclean, dust everywhere. Broken window, dirty floor, On top of that, in a modern city like London, it is not necessary to put toilet paper in a waste paper basket, but there are signs in both bathroom to not flush toilet paper, put in waste paper basket. The next morning we had no hot water! Finally we were told there was a protocol for turning the hot water on. It should have been turned on for us before we got there, however, no documentation about that any where in unit, but there was for toilet paper! We had rented this unit for 7 nights, and after the dishonesty, gas lighting from the host, the unsanitary condition of the property, we made other arrangements and left. We have reported the condition of the unit to VRBO and the dishonesty of the hosts. The hosts have refused to give refund and claim unit is livable
