"This is extended stay so with our time it’s full with full residential. Guest were polite, staff was helpful it was clean enough for an emergency stay over. I had a 4 th room and everything worked. I rested and was satisfied "

"Check in was SEAMLESS. Access to the home was shared to me in a timely manner. Early check in and late check out options were available and communicated as needed. The home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups! There was plenty of room for my entire family that was in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We will be returning!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was well appointed and had everything that we needed for a weeklong stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge but that is the only negative which is beyond the host's control. Easy access to the interstate and grocery stores. I personally did not have a challenge with directions to the property even though others stated that they did. Host responded to all of my questions. Would stay again... "

"Our stay at Villa Rosa was wonderful! Upon arrival, we was very pleased with the house and the space! The house and the pool was very clean as well! The property accommodated our family reunion and the family gave great praise for such a great pick !! We look forward to returning to Villa Rosa Estate! "

The gardeners were scheduled for Mondays and being that it had been raining the Monday before and Tuesday my arrival day , I had messaged her pictures to let her know that they didn’t show (if she prepaid them for the service) and to my surprise the next day she had them there.
