NEWLY RENOVATED Cozy Elegant Cabin Good for Large Groups

About this space:
AMAZING 6.5 acres and close to the city! There's plenty of space to enjoy yourself and nature. You will LOVE this cozy cabin; it's private, quiet and perfect for a family getaway, retreat or staycation. Property is completely fenced and gated for your privacy and safety! In addition to the 10 beds, air mattresses can be added ho host bigger groups. We are open to some events. For questions, please message before booking.
Guest access:
You will have access to the main cabin including the backyard, curve driveway and garage. Main driveway should always be open because we own a Tiny home in the back side of the property.
Other things to note:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out is 10:00 AM
Any early check-in or late check-out requests need to be requested before booking the cabin and will result in $25 extra charge per each hour requested. The owner allows such early access or late check-outs based on the availability of the cabin and cleaning time required between guests.

Extra charges:
$100 cleaning fee per stay
$150 minimum gathering fee increases with number of people in the gathering with maximum 40 people.
$495 fine for violating the no smoking policy
$395 fine for violating the no pets policy (exception is service animals with documentation)

Please be aware that there is a tiny home in the back of the property. This tiny home is occupied and thus the driveway leading up to it can't be blocked with parked cars.
