Comfortable, Cozy, & Private Basement Suite Near Stone Mtn & Downtown Lilburn

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Sleeps up to 6 ad, or 2 adults and 3 children. I offer a Queen size bed with a twin trundle bed beneath, a couch, and a "secret" twin size bed under the stairs.

ENTRY & PARKING:
Private side entry with a smart lock. I'm happy to meet you at check-in but if it's a late check-in, you'll still be able to gain entry easily. Also, overnight parking is in the main driveway but you can park on the street for short periods. Must walk through a lit, grassy area to get to private entry door.

BEDROOM:
Serene bedroom with a queen sized bed. Room has pull down black out curtain to make sleeping in a breeze. Windows overlook the side yard and also has a partial street view. When blinds are open, the room gets great sunlight. The bed is high as it sits on a trundle but a stepping stair is provided.

LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable living room with smart TV. I offer Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney +, Apple TV and ESPN. Also, there are other apps you can sign into with your own subscription. Built in cabinets house books, both children and adult books, board games and puzzles.

KITCHENETTE/DINING:
Small but charming kitchenette with almost everything you need minus a dishwasher. Toaster over vs. a full oven. Bar seats 4. Counter height table seats another 4.

● Single burner hot plate
● Toaster
● Toaster Oven
● Microwave
● Keurig with coffee/tea supplied and to-go coffee cups
● Cutting boards
● Set of sharp knives
● Pots/pans/cooking utensils
● Wine glasses, wine opener, ice bucket
● Condiments and basic cooking spices for your use
● Some Tupperware
● Mini fridge
● NO dishwasher

BATHROOM:
Full bathroom with tub shower.
● Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths
● Q-tips and cotton swabs
● First Aid kit
● Black makeup washcloths
● Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
● Infant bathtub, upon request.

UNDER STAIRS NOOK:
Hidden away under the stairs you will find a little nook with a twin size mattress. Kids love feeling like they are sleeping in a secret garden. Big enough for 2 small children or 1 adult.

NOTE:
We own a friendly dog that does NOT enter the basement suite.

Also, this is a basement unit in the South. Even though the property is sprayed for pests, there is a potential you may still see bugs like centipedes in very hot and wet weather.

EXTRAS:
● Stone Mountain Park is nearby. I have a parking pass available upon request. $50 replacement fee if not left behind at check-out. If you take it, you own it.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Children do live in the house so although the space has been sound-proofed, you may still occasionally hear children at play weekdays from 4p-9. So, if you want a 1000% proof silent retreat, this may not be the space for you.
