"La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. Le rapport qualité prix, globalement, est très satisfaisant."

"This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. "Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. "

"Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal."

"Rooms were clean all communal areas were very clean and all staff were brilliant. Great value for money pool was kept in great condition, breakfast wasn’t the best but absolutely fine. Will 100% return as we loved our stay."
