"The staff are not trained properly to hand guests concerns and situations. I had to check out one night earlier due to a family emergency and the staff were unwilling to assist me and eventually did charge me for the night that I missed. Very bad service; not staying here again!"

"Location is out in Langford so that may be good or not. It's close to some shopping areas.Was a bit hard to find at night as the address is hard to read in the dark. Inside is quite clean, lots of space. Bed was fine but clearly cheap. Couch was uncomfortable to sleep on. So better for 2 people but ..."
