The Space:

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with linens, plus a daybed suitable for a child or a nap. A walk-in closet offers storage, and the en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower with rainfall showerhead.

The second bedroom includes two beds and a built-in closet, with easy access to a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.

Within the private compound, green walking paths connect to community amenities such as pools, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Nearby bike paths lead to local restaurants and markets. The unit includes a washer and dryer for convenience.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.
Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Living and room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for all of
your favorite shows and movies.

The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the side of the garage. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.

Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
