"This place was incredible! The resort itself is stunning! The thermal hot springs were relaxing and super clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony overlooking the main pool and a straight shot view of the volcano were out of this world. But the real stars of the show are the staff. "Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!"

"Yes, Volcano park entrance is nearby. But there is no need for a national park as you have a front stage view of the volcano, 11 km of trails, access to guides, a waterfall, hanging bridges, and wildlife! We only needed to leave to access the hot springs. Otherwise this is paradise! tours "
