"It was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Excellent location, just a block away from a subway station. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is this little cozy restaurant with very good food. "We had such a wonderful time here. It was close to everything we wanted and out of the busy areas like time square. The woman at the front (drawing a blank of her name) but she was so kind and helpful. We needed a late checkout and she made sure that happened. We’d come back for the customer service.
