"Very nice rooms- hotel is very clean. Room was not cleaned daily though and the housekeeper was angry when we asked for clean towels."

"This hotel was very pretty. I only stayed for one night, but it was updated, clean and in excellent condition. It was also in a great location for sightseeing and public transportation. I ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant before I left and that was also very good."

"Always stay here as the rooms are lovely, and hotel is centrally located. My husband also loves the gym. Only reason for 4 stars instead if 5 is that checkin and checkout take way too long. It's never been that way until recently. "

"Our first night, the TV didn’t work until about midnight. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care and just said that she’d need to talk to her manager. The setup for breakfast wasn’t well-organized which created crowds in a corner. The woman over the food seemed to hide in the back and didn’t keep things stocked. The milk was gone, the utensils were gone, the food containers were empty and she just seemed to hang out in the back. It was pretty disappointing."

"The location of this hotel is ideal- super close to Reading market, Chinatown, and downtown Philly. The staff was super sweet and our room was clean and beautiful! Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed except staff, lol. That was a little different but after a couple of questions to the housekeeping everything was good! We really enjoyed the little cafe downstairs for afternoon drinks and late dessert! Friendly bartender, didn’t catch her name! Also the bed and pillow were very comfortable and loved the bathroom and shower. Found it a little pricey but overall we had a great experience! "

"The hotel was renovated so everything was nice and modern. The food at the Redz restaurant was surprisingly really good. We went for late lunch and weren’t expecting the food to be good because it was pretty empty. But it was quite tasty. There’s a nice size indoor pool. The room actually seemed like it was thoroughly clean including bathroom, shower, and sink area. There’s a full size refrigerator although no stove so you can’t cook. So that was interesting.
