"We loved the Beach house! We were on a road trip out to Skye, but it was a beautiful, serene spot for one night. Very clean room with some snacks and coffee, which was nice after a long day. Beautiful view! I'd mention the the king size bed is not a standard US king size, more like a queen. We were planning on sharing a large bed with our little one, but the bed was not big enough for that - luckily there was 2 twins so in addition, so there was enough room for the 4 of us. Great restaurant...

"Staff great helpful,room big enough bed bit uncomfy but for cost of it then I shouldn’t complain really ..everything was ok except not being able to get a drink as it only serves non alcoholic beverages lol but there’s a M&S garage just 5 mins down the road .overall experience was ok and I would recommend going as it was a bargain for the price "

"Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St.Leonards Guest House. Lovely room, quirky and very well presented, exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation."
