"Die Dame am Empfang hat mir beim einchecken sehr geholfen. Da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war ( ich war 4 Stunden zu früh), konnte ich meine Koffer in ein seperates Zimmer stellen und erstmal frühstücken gehen. Explizit diese junge Frau war immer sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr... ..."
