"Location was great - close to restaurants, and only 10 quick walk to Central Station, Queen Station and the bus terminal. Staff was super helpful. They were able to check me in earlier and held my luggage at check-out. Only con - low water pressure in the shower."

"Every member of the reception staff were very "matter of fact" and did not make me feel welcome. No-one asked if I was a an IHG memeber and I got no benefits for my stay. The restaurant was solelessand the staff had to ask me twice what I had ordered Breakfast was very average"
