"It was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Excellent location, just a block away from a subway station. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is this little cozy restaurant with very good food. The room was small but the bathroom was impeccable. Everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The air conditioning worked great. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The mattress a little bit on the firmer side. Great hotel option if you're going to be walking around New York all day and...

"I stayed there for two nights with my husband and it was great. Nice and quiet place with friendly staff close to everything. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place. "

The location couldn’t have been better — just a 5-minute walk to the Hudson River and close to so many must-visit NYC attractions. "We loved the feel and ambiance of the hotel. We felt very safe having to use our keycard to go to our floor via the elevator. The staff was always friendly and kind and our room was always clean. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient it was to food, coffee, and Central Park."

"We stayed in a ‘gold’ room that had been renovated. There was new carpet, tv had lots of channels, and it quiet inside the hotel. There was some street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. The air conditioning was fine! It was a block from Amsterdam Street and a few blocks from Central Park."

"Die Steckdosen im Bad funktionierten nicht und das Rollo ließ sich nicht bewegen, aber man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und alles repariert. Das kann passieren undan hat ja gleich Abhilfe geschafft. Die Umgebung ist zentral am Timesquare und somit an dem öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz, sämtlichen Diners und Restaurants, Shops und dem pulsierenden Leben. Deshalb gibt es kein besseres Hotel nach meiner Meinung, weil das Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis stimmt."
