Perhaps a fluke (a collision of multiple catastrophes), but this "4 star" hotel is missing much.
One bright spot was that the cleaning staff seem to be very friendly and helpful.
Concerns Include:
- The automated check-in is lacking (at end of my check-in, the room was not ready. No options. No human to talk to. Time is money and this system did not provide an option to contact a human)
- ~37 minutes later, a room became available.
- Note: I was desperate to get into the room after a poor sleep (the night before) and a long morning / afternoon of sight seeing.
