"We stayed 3 nights and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room; a luxury double was clean and the bed lovely and comfortable. We only had breakfast one day but there was a good choice and nice quality sausage and bacon. We would definitely go back."

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. "

"This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend. Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise. "

"I booked last minute for my trip and was lucky enough to stay in a suite with a beautiful kitchen and chandeliers, a very comfortable bed and a good seating area in the window. I liked that it didn’t smell of cleaning chemicals in the room as some can. Although the door lock flew off in my hand at 7 in the morning, I rang the emergency number and someone was at my door mending it within 5 minutes. I wished I could have stayed longer than two night. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you "

"Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room. Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food.
