"Really good place would try again. Problem was the room location overlooking a very noisy pub garden which was noisy to the early hours of Sunday morning. Would only stay again if a quieter room was available."

"It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. "This hotel promised much but fell short in a number of different areas, namely around the room and en-suite. For a 4 star hotel the room was worn around the edges for example the plug socket for the kettle didn't work and the strings for the blinds were broken and then knotted. In addition, the main blind in the bedroom had masking tape on it. A 4 star hotel should have better quality fittings.
