"Yes there is no AC but for my family this was not an issue. The windows open and on the 6th floor the breeze was always coming through and was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend staying as this is just a place to sleep and come home too from being out all day enjoying Maui's beauty. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Wonderful South Maui Beach Condos. The condo had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, towels, snorkeling gear, and even a beach chair. The area was peaceful and felt very safe. There’s a great shared Weber grill available, and the beach is just a short walk away. Grocery stores and delicious cafes are nearby. Highly recommend!"

"This was our third stay in the building. All three were different VRBO units. This is the best one. This is a great Kihei location. The unit is large, clean, well maintained. No complaints."

"Lovely condo. Perfect central location. Great amenities, pool, beach, grill, kitchen supplies! Very cozy and clean and the couch and bed were very comfortable! Outstanding stay, the view and sound of the ocean sole the show! "

"This home was our family’s base for a week of fun on Maui. The outdoor areas, deck and lanai, were wonderful places to sit and visit. The kitchen was large enough for 8 adults to move around as needed and the LR had enough seating also. The bedrooms were ample with lots of hangers in the closet to hang up clothes. The bathrooms were large with plenty of towels. I really enjoyed seeing the turtles come up on the beach each night and some were left there in the morning for me to watch return to...

"Everything about this condo is great. Free parking, across from the beach, short walk to the store and food truck… the list goes on. On site pool, friendly staff, grill on the property. A/c in all rooms which was great for us as Canadians. Loved the space and location! Thank you again!! "

"The property is a dream. Large house with separate entries for the walk out basement and upstairs units, perfect for two families to share. We loved the views, the fruit trees (particularly the lychees and mangoes) and my daughter was obsessed with the neighbour's goats who kept sneaking into our yard. The Eddie Tam park next door is huge and beautiful, great for sunset walks. We always stay in upcountry when we visit Maui, as we like the quiet and cooler temperatures, and central location on...
