  • 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo in Kuau Plaza

    The king bed and comfortable sleeper sofa accommodate up to four. A pack-n-play crib is available.
    Features a full kitchen, private ground-floor patio, a large backyard, and laundry facilities.
    Walk 2 minutes to Mama's Beach and the luxurious Mama's Fish House restaurant.
    See turtles and play in the tide pool year-round. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys provided.


    Important details to know:
    -NO AC: No air conditioning, but the fans and trade winds keep the breeze moving.

    -Road noise: Property is located on Hana Hwy, with the bedroom facing the road. Foam earplugs are provided. Cement walls block noise from surrounding neighbors.


    Enjoy tropical views of the backyard, coconut trees, and a charming beach neighborhood. Dine outdoors on the patio. No smoking on the property.

    Zero-waste shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided. Bath towels, beach towels, and a hair dryer are provided. The walk-in shower features a waterfall head. ADA-compliant shower chair is available.

    New kitchen appliances: electric range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Make coffee at home with the French press coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary coffee grounds. Insulated bottles, Brita filter, and cooler are provided. Compost and recycle easily during your stay.

    Fast WiFi and Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services & cable TV

    As sustainability becomes a priority for families around the world, we don’t want to compromise those values on vacation. That's why I designed the condo to be a seamless, easy way to make sustainable decisions. The principles are in the details: all-cotton linens, restored wood furniture, stainless steel cookware. It started on day one of renovation– recycling building materials, choosing energy-efficient appliances, and sourcing locally. The mission continues daily, together. As guests and host, we reduce water and energy waste, support local businesses, compost food scraps, and clean with gentle products. Thanks for being a part of something bigger.

Chloe was very helpful! Her place was very convenient for an early trip to go to Hana. The place was clean and furnished and had everything we needed. Clear instructions smooth check in&out. Chloe was also fast with responses when I had questions. Would recommend to stay here!

Great location and great place.. highly recommend. It's literally 100 yards from mama's fish house which is the highest rated restaurant in Hawaii. W went on without reservations and we're seated at the bar no problem..

This was a wonderful place to stay in with my small family. Our host was wonderful and very communicative. Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

A great place to stay. Clean, welcoming and conveniently located right next to one of the best seafood restaurants in the nation. Just a short walk from the beach as well. The host was great, no issues throughout our stay, and very responsive.

We enjoyed our short stay at Cloe’s condo. The location was wonderful - the step-by-step instructions to the secret beach access were perfect - just a few minutes to the beach for a sunset swim and turtle spotting. Cloe was friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Host was very responsive and the location was perfect! Being able to access Mama’s fish house from the beach was a special little perk! There was also laundry which was great for us after traveling for a week. Great stop if you are headed out on the road to Hāna! Heads up there’s no A/C

Easy to book, unit very clean and comfortable, provided instruction Manuel so you know what to expect. Location is ideal and close to Mama’s Beach (Mama Fish House) with sea turtles. I would book again!

This is a hidden gem! Just north of Paia and not too far to eat or shop. We liked the porch area and the reserved parking. We LOVED heading a little farther away from town to Ho'okipa Beach Park and seeing the turtles in the evening and during sunrise. There were surfers to watch as well.Will recommend to any friends and family for sure. Our host was excellent and had great communication throughout.

Absolutely wonderful property! We had a great time staying here. The location is close to great dining, beaches, and plenty to do. Cloe was incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure the place was spotless upon arrival. One item to note: this unit does not have air conditioning. It's fine because there's a beautiful cross breeze when you open a window at the front and rear of the condo, but it should be noted for anyone who can't sleep with windows open. We loved it though! Great attention to detail and lots of little extras included in the unit. Thank you again for a great stay!
