"The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. "Justin was super helpful and responsive. This space is very clean and nice. We have a son living in east Nash so this was perfect for us location wise. I took one star off due to the noise in the building and surrounding area. This wouldn’t be ideal for a family with young kids that need to sleep or nap. We were up early and gone for most of the days so it was not a problem for us. Other than that this was a lovely place to stay. "

"Tammy has the perfect little nook in the Big Town of Nashville! We had everything that we needed! This place isn't located right downtown but you could still walk to get breakfast or see some of the sightings. It was very easy to get an Uber and highly recommend if you want to go downtown as parking is a little crazy. The furniture and the bed are very comfortable and cozy! She is a great host and looks for her guests to be comfortable and she does that remarkably! Will definitely stay again if...

"The bed was very comfortable and had wonderful pillows and bedding. The bathroom was well equipped and the rain shower head was fabulous. It was close enough to Nashville but not so close to be loud or busy. There were charging cables available for use no matter what kind of connection you needed, they were there. Also, very quiet neighbors."

"Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. "Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"
