Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in.

• Two-level home with stairs required for access.

• You'll have access to the entire barn, along with the outdoor space and playground. Enjoy a walk in the woods to the creek as well.

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or

guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Pets are welcome for $150/per pet fee.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
