"We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff did a great job - everyone seemed happy and the vibe was inviting. The drinks were really good too! The Crowne Plaza is the place to stay when experiencing...

"Hanzala was great, professional and offered us a room upgrade as soon as he saw we had our older sons with us. Very good service and the vallet parking is a great service since other parking costs just as much and are in " we are not responsible for anything". Good location too, would recommend this hotel."

"Nice clean room but the lighting was too low. They need brighter lights in the room. Also we were informed there was a parking lot adjacent to the hotel but when we arrived there was no parking lot except a garage across the street. "

"There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. "
