I ended up sleeping on their lobby couch with loud music playing that they said they could turn down or off. Actually didn’t sleep but left after 2.5 hours"

"While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were not. We were happy there was a bar/restaurant but the food and service were mediocre. To be fair, the serving staff was not adequate in number but the servers working were hustling and as attentive as possible. Kudos to the young woman at the front desk…extremely nice and helpful. Small but functional gym is available."

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. Totally unprofessional and would never recommend this hotel to anybody as it’s extremely...

"I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades"
