"Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

"En general fue estupendo estar alli, seria genial si no tuviera que pagar adicional por el parking, tambien creo que estaria estupendo tener agua para bebe dentro de las habitaciones. Pero por lo demas todo muy bien, desayuno y cena incluida, y 3 bebidas con alcohol gratis por día. "

"The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. "

Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "
