Pet Friendly Lagoon Villa | Across the Street from the Beach

Bright and cheerful- that's what guests will notice about this lovely Lagoon Villa located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort. With two bedrooms, two full baths and plenty of space to spread out, it has everything needed to enjoy a visit to the beach!

The gorgeously updated galley kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities for preparing delicious meals for the whole family. This space sparkles with stone countertops and a backsplash of white subway tile. The service porch is conveniently accessible from the kitchen. This villa also includes a full-sized washer and dryer which guests will surely appreciate during longer stays.

The open concept living/dining space keeps everyone connected while playing a game or watching a movie! The stylish dining area includes a mirrored bar alcove and a round dining table which provides plenty of seating for four or more to enjoy a meal at home. The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy chair centered around a flat screen Smart TV. An extended area includes a writing desk and a counter height table with three barstools overlooking the native flora of the grounds.

The roomy master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and lots of dresser storage space. An attached sitting area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat screen Smart TV. This area is defined by sliding glass doors leading to the back area with views of the golf course. The updated master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and quartz topped vanity.

A second bedroom is located at the front of the villa and features a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV and cozy chair reading chair as well as sliding glass doors which bring the outdoors in! This room connects to the hall bath which has a combination bathtub/shower and a solid surface topped vanity.

There are several nearby beach access walkways nestled among the tree canopies leading to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island. While staying in this beautiful villa guests can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island Resort's shops and restaurants, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the resort's luxury golf courses!

Lagoon Villa at Omni Plantation

Wonderful Stay

My wife and my little yorkie loved our stay at the villa. The property was convenient to the beach via the wonderful tree covered paths. The villa was well stocked and very clean, which is also a big plus.

Comfortable and convenient

Great accommodations that have been updated and renovated nicely. We checked in a day after Hurricane Helene struck the area. Phone calls to the contact phone number provided in our reservation confirmation went unanswered and left us wondering what the status of things might be on the resort. We live about an hour north on SSI and knew that power outages and downed trees were likely, but decided to drive down anyway. Enjoyed the Villa. Glad we made the trip.

Nice quiet spot in a great location

We were attending a conference at the Omni, a walk of only 100 yards or so. Also easily walkable to the spa and shops and restaurants. So much nicer than a cramped hotel room!

Gorgeous and Perfect

I rented this unit for my Son who is in his 30's and his Bride to Be. They got married this past weekend on the Plantation and this villa was so convenient. Bright and Cheerful, secluded and very peaceful. They had a fabulous stay to include their 14 year old 4 pawed baby,,,, Extremely clean and currently updated to the times. New luxurious beds modern tiles. Thank you so much for everything.........

Great property and walking distance to the resort.

Excellent property! Very clean and well appointed. Management company was excellent, was able to let us check in early, and made a courtesy call to check in to make sure all was good. Highly recommend!
