"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"The house was cute. Very clean. I loved the shower because i have difficulty getting my leg over a tub. Beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay and i would stay there again."

"Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

"A lovely property that looks brand new. Exceptionally clean inside, and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Host was pleasant. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and Splenda but no creamer. We opted to stop by Wawa on our way to the Equestrian Center for coffee and breakfast. We did no cooking or eating at the house so I can't speak to dishes, utensils, etc.There are train(s) nearby that some of our group heard during the nights, but they didn't disrupt our sleep. "We really enjoyed our stay at Brian’s San Marco home. We had tons of space beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, absolutely everything we could need! We could walk everywhere and sunsets ar the rivers edge were fantastic!"

"Very spacious and clean home. It was perforcr for our family and m my 8month old was especially happy. The space was made for families with kids of all ages. They even had a crib so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with somewhere our son could sleep. He also had a blast playing with all the toys and walker. "
