"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great. Unfortunately the room we were assigned especially the bathroom is in much need of an update. The bathroom is completely outdated for this grade of hotel. It lacked ventilation and therefore had mold and a musty smell."

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"It was SO noisy. The room was nice, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was also amazing. The rooms are mostly sound-proof when it comes to hearing the other rooms, however, the windows let in so much noise. The train constantly woke us up and sirens sound like they are in the room (we were on the top floor too). We moved to a new room and it helped a little, but if your room has windows facing the train station, it is extremely noisy. I don't understand why they didn't install thicker...

"Stayed 3 nights in a room for 3 adults. Rooms are small just like most hotels in Tokyo. Refrigerator in room. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurant’s & entertainment. There is only 4 washers/dryers so doing laundry is a bit of a barrier since hard to find available washers, however staff is helpful to remove close that is just left sitting for long periods of time."
