"It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing.
There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp.
The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

"Staff was very friendly. The hotel was surprisingly clean, organized, and well equipped. The washer/dryer in the room was nice with the provided laundry detergent. The bathroom and kitchen were clean with all utensils wrapped in plastic bags for cleanliness. I was able to leave my luggage after check out which were locked up by staff. The room was spacious with king size bed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal."

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too.
Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...
