"Rooms were small, but are the typical size you'd expect from business hotels in Tokyo. It's enough space for a comfortable stay. The common areas and rooms were tidy, clean, and well maintained overall. The complimentary amenities were a nice touch. The check-in and out process was easy. Note that the hotel is cashless so bring a credit card for payment (prepaid-type credit cards may not work). Enjoyed the close proximity to the Yamanote line, Donki, convenience stores, shopping, and the...

"The property itself was clean and my pod was spacious. The hot spring was nice, but constantly crowded. It’s in a perfect area if Shinjuku is your thing. The lounge is terrific with the snacks and free drinks. My one and only complaint is that as it was my first time there, the staff wasn’t exactly helpful with how it all worked. I did it to try it, but wouldn’t necessarily do it again."

"Conveniently located a couple blocks from the action. Also located next to a Cafe and a Korean restaurant that serves the best fried chicken! Staff were very kind and friendly even though we weren't able to understand eachother fully. Room was spacious as far as japan standards go. Private bathroom with hot water and great water pressure was a plus too!"
