"The room was comfortable, modern, bright, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We asked for non-feather pillows/duvet which were provided. Bad points: Only one towel was provided for the shower which wasn’t ideal: I’m sure they’d have given us another if we’d asked but we didn’t have time, so just shared one. "This is a clean, beautiful, spacious oasis is the midst of an otherwise teeming, bustling part of London. The quiet and out of the way street it's on is a sanctuary and a welcome getaway between the excitement of Borough Market and the Thames waterfront atrractions like Tate Modern. Would definitely stay again."

"2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy. "

"The room was spotless, and I really appreciated being up on the 16th floor! It provided fabulous general city skyline views (not iconic buildings)! The building was secure (room key needed in the lifts, etc). The room facilities were great, soft linens and shower room toiletries were good quality. I had to request an alternative duvet as the first was very thin and I'd been cold (unable to sleep) my first night. This was replaced without question for a really superior one. The check-in machine...

"I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful."

"Loved the area! Convenient for transportation around central London. Had a kitchenette in unit and a local grocery nearby. Saved some money by fixing our breakfast and packing some lunches. ( although the smell of food as we wandered took us in at times) Able to do laundry. Slept comfortably in an air conditioned room. Staff super friendly! Would stay here again!"
