"Our Villa located at Orange Lake Resort was AMAZING and the hospitality was so beautiful! We were quickly acknowledged and approached by one of the staff team member. She quickly attended us and registered us in for our stay. She also walked us over to speak with another team member we're there offers for a great opportunity for great discounts. Unfortunately we were had to let it go because we were only there for a very short weekend."

"Ground level. Balcony was tiny to tiny to sit on and woods come up to it. The room had ants. Furniture was old. No plug access near beds for electronics. Bathroom was old. Toilet paper roll was far from toilet closer to shower. Had coffee in room but cups were too high to reach. Tv was very small. Tried calling office but no answer. AC vents were very dirty. On check in and check out , desk clerk was very nice. Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet."

"My first impression is everything but The landscaping was horrible. Bushes and weeds growing up to the windows, grass was not maintained. When u walked into the building it's dark and gloomy. After being check into the room and unpack 1wk worth of belongings- i turn the shower on waiting for the water to get not-water NEVER GOT HOT- NEVER EVEN GOT WARM. I didn't tell the staff because I didn't wanna pack all my things back up and move to another room. So I bird bath my entire stay. Fridge...

"This is a great home away from home option. Literally a house with all the comforts of home. A lot of parking. You can have visitors. Each home has a pool or hot tub. Comes with the appliances and utensils you need to cook at home. Washer and dryer makes this vacation rental a A+ option. "Enjoyed a one night stay since we were headed to Miami. The room was nice and so was the pool. The place had everything you needed and even a Walmart was right next door. We didn’t walk it but I’m sure it’s doable. We stayed there on the Fourth of July and was charged $175, which includes $150 deposit and $20 resort fee on top of what we paid for the room. I didn’t get the $150 until at least 4 - 5 days later. That is all."

"We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville! The water park was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The pools were fantastic and always the perfect temperature. "The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was in need of updating and cleaning. The breakfast was very crowded and difficult to enjoy due to cramped space. A redesign would help. The front desk staff was outstanding. A special word of thanks to Bertha who made us feel very welcome at check in"
