"Absolutely perfect stay at The Resident Edinburgh. A few highlights of trip: Staff went above and beyond, writing an anniversary card and greeting guests every time they enter. The room was perfectly equipped with extra large towels, a kitchenette and a ghd hairdryer. Nespresso pods were refilled every day. Location was close to the center of town. They provide a list of discounts at local restaurants to support the community. They have a daily drinks event to build community with the...

"Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."

"Great location and staff was very helpful. The only thing I’ll mention is our room was right by the stairs and it was very noisy early morning and late evening. Not a big deal for us as we were early risers. But if you want to sleep in occasionally, you might want to make them aware."

"Super easy check in process. Love the keyless entry system. We stayed in Manor and loved the room. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, well thought out layout and storage! The toiletries smell wonderful. Just far enough away from the hustle but close enough to walk everywhere or easily catch a bus/tram. Sad we only had two nights. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Great place to stay all-around - incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, welcome was very warm in nature. Apartments were in great shape and had some simple amenities to help avoid basic grocery shopping. Location was central, close to everything and walkable - not a long way to haul suitcases from parking or transit."

"We enjoyed staying at the Bonnie Hotel. It was conveniently located, we were able to walk to a great breakfast spot (Laura's Kitchen- highly recommend) and around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchenette, but its there and well equiped if someone wanted to. "
