"Really central location, great value and clean rooms, friendly staff and an overall very pleasant stay. Everything feels new and well-kitted out. The only two drawbacks: 1) The location isn’t currently on Google maps and finding it was a bit tricky, particularly with luggage 2) Some rooms will get some noise later at night with a bar across the road, but we were in one of these and had no problem with it at all. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The views were lovely and it is in such a great location to get to everything. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. "

"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"The property itself is nice and tastefully decorated. Stayed in the Belford room, and it was nicely presented but SMALL. There was nowhere to put luggage, no storage, and only 4 hangers. I was travelling from Canada so had a large suitcase that I had to leave on the floor and live out of. I shared the room with my sister and we were constantly falling over each other. The bathroom was tiny and I have no idea how a larger built person would even fit in there. The room was also very noisy. Every...
