"Everything about Balmoral was awesome except one thing. Loud music playing until 11:50pm, so the kids couldn't sleep. I tried to say something and they said it would be over by 11:30pm but it wasn't. It was a shame given the price you pay. Otherwise though, people were lovely, breakfast was great, they had a cute Easter hunt with a prize at the end. Swimming pool was good."

"The room was quiet, clean, spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was large, impeccably clean, with a separate tub and shower and enormous, warm bath towels. There was a foyer with a door that prevented any noise from the hall getting through to the room. The breakfast and breakfast service was first rate. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. "

The location was a bit further away from central attractions but still walkable with shopping and essentials closeby. "It was in a very, very convenient location. There is no elevator-it’s not a typical hotel set up. The room was very small (they do give square footage so that was on me). The room is basically a rectangular house bedroom that they took a chunk out to add a bathroom (no closet or dresser). The bathroom was so narrow, I had to leave the door open to bend over and use the sink to wash my face-but, it served its purpose. There were beautiful decorations everywhere-which meant there was no room for...
