"Great location, room is spacious and clean. But I would rather not stay at this type of place. I hated that there so many extra charges... late check-out extra $50, one roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for cleaning or turn down service etc. When you add up the cost it's more expensive than regular hotels that I found."

"Needs improvement: mention which parking lot location guests can park in, fix room number discrepancy, door codes (and elevator codes) didn’t work and it took quite a while to be able to check in with no onsite host."

"This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!"

"The support personnel was excellent, who did all they could and more to help us. But, two flaws: 1. No cable TV and that wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. That was particularly important while the World Soccer tournament was being held. A special subscription for that event would have been greatly appreciated and wouldn’t have cost much. 2. The freezer door in Loft 33 kept being frozen locked, and we had to ask daily to have it unlocked."

"The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!"

"The concierge, parking and accomodations were all great. I would say, expect it to be more like a BNB with concierge though. You will not have someone cleaning the room, emptying trash, and there are no building amenities like a pool, lobby, lounge etc."

"We had a very large room that was comfortable and modern. Loved the bathtub and the windows that opened to outside almost like a terrace! The front desk staff, housekeeping, and valet staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is quiet but convenient to all restaurants, activities, and bars. Highly recommend Hotel Gault!"

"This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not...

"Very nice hotel. Everything downtown is all within walking distance and very easy to get to. The room I got had a nice little kitchenette with silverware and things you would need if you were actually going to make a meal in the room. Plenty of seating if you don’t want to just sit on the bed. The sofa and chair were very comfortable with a large desk also in the room. The only thing I will say is that if you have a larger size rental car they may not be able to park you in the valet garage. I...
