"We had a great stay here. The rooms were updated, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the coffee and tea available in the lobby was a nice touch. Service was a standout! one of the staff members in particular made us all feel very welcome and taken care of. We also appreciated the underground parking, which made things much easier for our senior parents as they were able to use the elevator comfortably. Overall, a 5-star experience. Would...

"The room was right when you walked out of the elevator. So it was very noisy. Couldn’t get any sleep at all. Then there was no place to eat breakfast as the restaurant was closed. We were not told this or would not of booked the place. "

"Standard room. Cleanliness : Room was clean for the most part, didn’t like the big cobwebs near the door to the balcony when I first entered. The room cleaning lady was lovely and very thorough though and did a splendid job. Internet : Wifi was good (did struggle a bit at night around 10-11pm but generally good). Room : Tv was off center , also tilted, it kept triggering my OCD. The curtain is very difficult to adjust due to how it’s positioned behind the sofa. The balcony door was locked...
