I wasn't sure what to expect after reading several online reviews, but I can honestly say that our stay at Hotel Zero 1 was pretty good. Our family stayed on the 10th and 11th floors, which had a nice view of the city street below. Rooms weren't super fancy, but they were nice and clean and most importantly well air conditioned on the super hot days that we were staying. Bathroom showers are a bit of a tight fit so if your're a bigger person expect to bump your elbows in the shower a bit. There is only one elevator available for the entire hotel so you'll definitely need to pack your patience, especially if your room is located on the upper floors. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to any requests that we made (If you need your room cleaned, i would advise to make the request to front reception directly. We put a sign out requesting for the room to be cleaned, but when we came back our room was still the same way we left it 😆). The breakfast buffet offered was simple, but good. Breakfast included eggs, sausage/ham, croissant/toast,, assorted cereals and fruits, etc.. The hotel is within walking distance to many different sightseeing sites, shopping areas, restaurants and conveniently right across the street from China Town. All in all, I would stay here again on my next visit.
