"This is a clean modern hotel with typical Tokyo sized rooms. The room is cleverly designed and offer more storage space than expected. The location is in a commercial district but the new Takanawa Gateway mall is fantastic. Service was excellent and every member of the team have been helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We definitely will stay here again. "

"Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. "

Gotanda is so convenient to other areas (it's a quick hop to Shibuya and Shinjuku) while also having its own charms and food options (tip: there are a couple really good standing sushi spots nearby and one of the best tonkatsus I've ever had). It's also way less intense than those other areas and I appreciated that every evening when I'd come home exhausted and ready to relax.
