"Clean, host was easy to communicate with, and good for price point."

"大きな荷物はセルフで預けられるので、早めに着いた場合にも便利でした。 館内は清潔でいい香りだったのでとてもくつろげます。 部屋もコンパクトながら清潔で、必要なものは揃っています。洗面台が部屋の中に独立してあるのが便利でした。 トラックスビューの深夜の眺めが非日常を感じられ、宿泊の醍醐味を感じられました。 朝食も美味しかったです！"

"Very nice Japanese breakfast"

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"Excellent location. Numerous locations to eat and shop nearby. Close to the train station to travel. Staff was very friendly. Storage space beneath the bed for luggage was an awesome touch!"

"The free amenities are great. The staff are extremely helpful with check in and with late check out. The location is pretty convenient."

"Great location. Close to Tokyu where the station, restaurants, can-do, and deli/grocery is located. Unfortunately they don't have Netflix. The Mitsui in Kyoto had Netflix."

"We from Las Vegas , we never thought we booked a hotel room have to share the bathroom with others. The room extremely small, but but the location is great, ten minutes walk to Shibuya station . Breakfast is included. Public toilets and bathrooms are very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. So if you just need a place for sleep, this is the hotel you looking for."

"Great and friendly staff. Very welcoming and made us feel at home. Great hotel. Very close to shibuya station and shibuya crossing."

"The room was nice and clean. Whilst the bathroom and bath was nice, the setup would not be ideal if sharing with a friend. Overall was a nice stay and the staff were very helpful!"

"チェックインチェックアウトなど、 スムーズでとてもよかった。 商店街の所にあり駅も近いので、 とても便利ですごく楽しく過ごすことが できました。"
